MEATBALLS RECIPE
Baked or fried meatballs, which ever you choose meatballs will always stand the taste of time unless if they are horribly cooked. My mom used to cooked meatballs a lot when I was growing up, I have great memories of her great cooking, she is a nutritionist so her food is always delicious.
I have fried meatballs a lot more than I have baked them and believe me, I only have one memory where I cooked meatballs that weren't as delicious, the meatballs were horrible not because of the way I cooked them but because the ground beef was in a freezer for a very long time, not in my freezer but where I bought them. After cooking them and cooking nice meatballs sauce, I realised that the meatballs were falling apart the moment I moved them from the Pan to the plate, horrible! Right? Of course not so pleasant.. And uhm I remember that the meatballs had an awkward smell, this made me throw them away but at the end of the article I'll explain how you can buy fresh minced beef.
I have made millions of meatballs and I can now officially say that this is my favorite way of making fried meatballs. These meatballs freeze beautifully after cooking them and they pair well with so many sauces.
I have settled for this recipe, this is the recipe that I use for my meatballs, I do it the same way regardless of whether I'm going to fry or bake them. I love me some baked meatballs by the way.

If you have being looking for fried meatballs recipe then you've come to the right blog, your search for the best fried meatballs has come to an end 😊 I get that we all love baked meatballs but sometimes all we need is a little bit of some oily meatballs to satisfy our cravings, that's where this recipe comes in.
These meatballs are tender, flavorful and easy to make.
Meatballs are a comfort food therefore they should be simple and basic, without any complications. But that doesn't mean that they should be served in a boring way.
Meatballs Ingredients
• Ground Meat: You can use any ground meat or a mixture of ground meat, you can mix ground beef, ground lamb or pork. My favorite is ground beef so that's what I used in this recipe, I usually use ground beef on it on without mixing it with any other ground meat.
• Diced Onion
• Spring Onion
• Diced Basil
• Leafy bits of spinach
• Beaten egg: The eggs help the meatballs to bind. Here is the truth a lot of people say that if you do not use eggs then your meatballs will fall to pieces but I have cooked meatballs a million times without using eggs and they have never failed to hold unless one time when I bought ground beef that was in the freezer for too long. Truth is ground beef hold very well as long as it's fresh at least it works for me.

SAUCE RECIPE
I call this a spaghetti sauce and a meatball sauce because i first add my meatballs in the sauce then pour the sauce and the meatballs on the spaghetti. Initially it qualifies to be called a meat sauce because of the beef stock.
This is a hearty homemade sauce that can go on so many recipes like lasagna, fish, chicken, just to name a few.
This tomato sauce is quick and easy to make yet it makes the spaghetti and meatballs delicious.
HOW TO MAKE TOMATO SAUCE
1. Using the olive oil you had used to fry the meatballs, add tomato paste, cream cheese, crushed garlic and beef stock to create the meatball sauce.
2. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes then add back the meatballs and grated parmesan cheese.
