Bananas: I used 4 bananas to make 2 cups of banana milkshake. I used fresh ripe bananas because I didn't have frozen bananas, although you can easily freeze bananas at home, so you do not need to go to a store to buy frozen bananas.
Milk: A milkshake Is complete with cups of milk. Both dairy or non-dairy milk work great. You can use soy milk, cashew milk, almond milk, coconut milk and more.
Sugar: A added a tablespoon of sugar. Sugar is totally optional.
Vanilla Extract : Vanilla extract is a great addition to this banana shake.
Ice cubes: Half cup ice cubes. Ice cubes make milkshakes thicker. If you don't want your shake to be thicker than you don't have to add ice cubes to your blender.
