This butter chicken is as delicious as it looks,plus it's easy to make.BUTTER CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast: i used three chicken breasts however you can use 4,5,6 or as plenty as you want.
1 Medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Cumin: just like tumeric,cumin additionally supply the chicken with a curry look

HOW TO COOK BUTTER CHICKEN
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes,heat butter on a medium size pan,add the chicken breast and permit it to steam on low warmth until it starts to fry,when the chicken is ready,remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat some other two tablespoons of butter on the pan(I used the same pan I had used to fry the chicken breast)
Cut onion,then add to the pan,add garlic,ginger,garam masala,cayenne and cumin.
Mix and fry for 1 minute then add tomato paste.
Mix nicely and permit to simmer.
Add fresh cream to your sauce then ultimately add the chicken breast.
Allow to simmer on low warmness for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter,salt and pepper.
Simmer for another two minutes.serve warm and garnish with a sprint of fresh cream and some coriander or spring onion.
If you are a fan of spicy or saucy food,you can readjust your measurements to meet your likeness.
I added a pinch of cayenne pepper so that the dish would not be spicy,so you can add a teaspoon or a tablespoon depending with how a good deal spicy you love your food to be.
You can serve your butter chicken with salads, vegetables,naan or rice.
I served mine with rice.
