Butter chicken origin

Butter chicken originated in India,it was discovered by  Kundan Lal Gujral,it's recognised in India as murgh makhani.

Butter Chicken Recipe

This butter chicken is as delicious as it looks, plus it's easy to make.

BUTTER CHICKEN INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast: i used three chicken breasts however you can use 4,5,6 or as plenty as you want.

1 Medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Cumin: just like tumeric, cumin additionally supply the chicken with a curry look

Turmeric: were you aware that all butter chickens have some ingredients in common?yes they do,one of the ingredients they have in common is tumeric.all butter chicken are curry, they get that curry look from tumeric

1 tablespoon of garam masala

Cayenne pepper: This is relatively warm chili pepper, you can purchase it fresh or as a powder.

1 packet tomato paste
1 cup of fresh cream- I do not know if powdered milk can work however cooking is all about experimenting so I would not mind attempting it on my subsequent butter chicken attempt.

Salt and pepper

Butter: I'm now not certain iI 5 tablespoons of butter is enough,a lot or a little for some people but it was adequate for me,the dish was  buttery, and scrumptious that is all I wanted.
Let me point out that your chicken does not have to have copious amounts of butter as it gets it's richness from the cream.
So do not fear if you have less butter,as long as you have cream your chicken will come out great.

Mix and fry for 1 minute then add tomato paste.

Allow to simmer on low warmness for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper.
Simmer for another two minutes.serve warm and garnish with a sprint of fresh cream and some coriander or spring onion.

If you are a fan of spicy or saucy food, you can readjust your measurements to meet your likeness.

I added a pinch of cayenne pepper so that the dish would not be spicy,so you can add a teaspoon or a tablespoon depending with how a good deal spicy you love your food to be.
