Mango Smoothie Recipe

Mangoes - I used as many ripped mangoes as possible
Did you know you can make a cake out of Mango?well now you know  Mango Ice cream cake

Ice cubes - Ice cubes are a must in smoothies.Ice cubes make smoothies thicker.
The amount of ice cubes you use depends on whether you are going to use fresh or frozen fruits.
Use more ice cubes if you are going to use fresh fruits, then use just a few ice cubes when making your smoothies with frozen fruits,as frozen fruits already have ice.

Honey - I used honey to sweeten the smoothies.
But you can use bananas .
Mango Smoothie Recipe

I used as many mangoes as possible (I actually had a lot of mangoes that's why I used a lot)The more mangoes the creamier the smoothie.
Bananas and ice Cubes make smoothies thicker.so had a lot of bananas if you are going to use bananas as your base, but if you will not use bananas then use a lot of ice cubes and a lot of mangoes.

Additionally you can add coconut or chia seeds, uhm yogurt as well.you can either use regular yogurt or Greek yogurt.
Yogurts will give you a creamy smoothie, just in case you have decided to use only a few mangoes and yogurt.

Let me mention that when you add water or milk to your smoothie your fruits lose some of their sweetness,so adding ripe fruits gives your smoothie concentrated natural sugars.

You can add vanilla essence or vanilla protein powder.
