HOW TO PICK AVOCADOS
You know how tasteless unripe avocados taste, right?so you should always pick ripe avocados.here is how to know whether or not avocados are ready.
Squeeze gently with your your hand,do not use your fingers cause the avocado will get bruised.i f you squeeze and the avocado yields then it's ready,if it feels firm then it isn't really ripe,if it bruises even when you squeeze gently then it's overripe and it has probably gone bad inside.

MASH AVOCADOS.

EGGS
I used two eggs.no way I'm starving myself.lol.The good thing about this recipe is that you can use fried eggs, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs.

FRIED EGGS
Here is a quick Fried Eggs Recipe
Heat butter on a non stick pan til melt.break the egg in a mixing bowl then slip them on the pan.
Remove the egg from the pan.and put it on a plate, repeat the process for the second egg.make sure you cook the eggs on low heat.
NOTE: this is the best method that yields perfect cooked egg white and undercooked egg yolks.so the amount of time you'll cook the eggs will depend on how cooked you want your eggs.

  2. Avocados have healthy fats(?) on it. I am not sure but this is a healthy fruit. If I may prepare this recipe, I might go for the fried egg and I will add a little honey to the avocado, to make it a little sweet.

  14. Avocado is my oldest granddaughter's favorite food in the world. She cried once when I took her to a McDonald's (I thought it would be fun). She's never seen a hamburger and the sandwich had no avocado on it, lolol.
