HOW TO MAKE A CHEESE BOARD

1. START WITH BOWLS AND FRUITS

Start with the things that take up much space. You'll put everything in the blank spaces.

If you are having a cheese platter then start with the bowls, then the cheese.

*My board contained a lot of fruits so I first started by arranging the fruits, crackers then the cheese*

If you are having a cheese board then you should start with the cheese so that you can have a few meats, fruits and condiments.

*I chopped cheese into cubes and sticks*

*There are no bowls on my boards because I used small boards. Like I mentioned we didn't have any visitors so I tried to keep it simple yet fancy. We had a bowl sauce on the side*

*Cheese should be served at room temperature, this means that you should take it out of the fridge and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving*

2. ADD MEATS AND CRACKERS.

Add salami, polony, or ham to the charcuterie board.

*I folded my polony to help them take up less space*

*I put crackers and cheese stick biscuits*

Lastly garnish with herbs if you so wish.
