Another great thing about this recipe is that you can make the dough yourself or you can use store bought roll dough. It's more quicker to make when you use store-bought roll dough because then the only thing you'll be concentrating on is cooking the minced meat, which will give you an opportunity to make these homemade rolls in just 30 minutes.

The only thing you'll be doing when you use store bought dough is that you'll just cook your filling then stuff your dinner roll. Who doesn't love a quick stuffed dinner roll recipe?. MEAT DINNER ROLLS INGREDIENTS

Flour - use all purpose flour or bread flour.

Beef - I used minced beef. It's quicker to cook and its more yummy on bread, buns and rolls.

Milk - Use warm milk, no debate about it.
Butter - Use unsalted melted butter unless if you are going to watch the amount of salt you'll use in your recipe, otherwise your dough will be salty. You can also use margarine or cooking oil. Melted butter and cooking oil work the same way in baking.

Salt - Watch your salt intake unless if you are one of a few people that enjoying eating salty food. Add 1 teaspoon of salt if you use unsalted butter or if you substitute butter with cooking oil, add ¼ of salt if you use salted butter.

Yeast - Use either active dry yeast or instant yeast. If you are using active dry yeast then activate it first. Mix the yeast with a bit of warm water/milk and sugar. Stir for a few seconds and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. If the yeast is alive,it will start emitting bubbles. If it doesn't emit bubbles then don't use it because your flour will  not rise and it will make your rolls hard.

Sugar - Sugar helps the dough rise faster.

Onion and Garlic - Onion and garlic are some important ingredients my ground beef needed for that complete yummy taste and smell.

Brown onion - With or without onion, I love to use brown onion, it's a whole vibe.

Soy sauce - Soy sauce helped my rolls not to be dry. I used store-bought soy sauce. But you can easily make some homemade soy sauce by looking for a recipe online.

Egg - one egg for egg wash. I like to brush my dinner rolls and my pies with a bit of egg to give them a shiny and golden brown look. You can substitute egg with melted butter.

TIP 1.
Cheese dinner rolls: If you are a lover of cheese then you can add some cheese filling in your stuffed dinner rolls. You can use a combination of cream cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

HOW TO KNOW IF DOUGH IS WELL-KNEADED

A well kneaded dough should be smooth and be able to hold it's shape. To test if the dough is well kneaded, poke it with your finger. If it bounces back and stays like a dimple then it's well kneaded, but if it doesn't bounce back then keep on kneading.
