HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLLS
Whisk flour, salt, yeast and sugar together in a large bow.
In a separate bowl, combine water, milk and butter. Put the bowl in a microwave and heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm.
If you don't have a microwave or you just want to use the stove top, then you can just put water, milk and butter in a saucepan then melt on the stove top.
Pour into the dry ingredients and add the egg. Stir using a wooden spoon until a soft dough is formed.
On a lightly floured surface using floured hands, knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl( you can use non-stick spray, cooking oil or butter). Cover loosely and let rest for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl mix cinnamon and sugar.
Roll Dough: After 10 minutes Roll the dough into rectangle shape. Spread softened butter on top of the dough and sprinkle cinnamon mixture all over the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly to make a log. Cut rolls and arrange on a lightly greased pan.
Tightly cover the rolls with a plastic wrap or aluminum foil and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Baking Cinnamon Rolls:Preheat oven to 190°C (375°). Bake for 25 minutes until browned.
FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS
1.Roll and cut your cinnamon rolls and place them on a baking sheet to freeze them individually. Transfer the rolls to a plastic freezer bag once they are frozen.
2.After rolling and cutting the cinnamon rolls place them on a greased baking pan. Cover the baking pan with a plastic wrap and place the pan in the refrigerator.
Bake: When ready to bake, remove them from the refrigerator and allow them to defrost for 1 hour.
TIP
Cheese Rolls: If you like cheese, you can sprinkle grated cheese over the rolls 10 minutes before you take them out of the oven so that it melts over nicely for cheese rolls.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 and ½ Cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 and ½ Cups whole milk
- ½ Cup melted butter
- ½ Cup sugar
- 10g instant yeast
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoon unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup confectioner's sugar
- ½ Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 50ml milk
